Ben and his team moved us from Kent to Northumberland. We opted for the full service. From the initial visit by Ben and Mike for an estimate, the process went smoothly. Ben is an excellent communicator and kept us informed of each stage of the move. The packing was efficient and the technics of the removal guys were excellent. All members of the team were professional and carried out the work without being intrusive. Thank you to Ben and his team for making what is considered be one of the most stressful times, so much more manageable. We would highly recommend Hever Removals.

I cannot talk more highly about this company. The lads we had to move us were so, so hard working. They were machines. The guys look young but they have skill and speed, were so courteous and just an absolute dream to be around. We had experience of our buyers removal company Bishops who’s staff were rude and aggressive. Hever transport is a fantastic company with great staff, I will be telling everyone.

Ben and the team packed and moved us today - professional and efficient. As someone who finds moving stressful, this was a really pain free and relaxing day. They worked fast, and finished early; able to enjoy a nice drink in the pub now without feeling exhausted from the day!

Top quality removal company, don't know what we would of done without them. We had Gary and Micheal taking us from Kent up to Nottingham, filled the Luton van to the brim taking items that we did not list for no extra cost and was all packed neatly with care and no damage done to any furniture. Great work ethic and had a smile on their face despite the terrible traffic on the M25. 5 stars!!!

We've used Hever transport for three house moves in the past three years. Ben and his team are reliable, fast and careful with the furniture. We recently moved furniture from an empty rental property in south east London to our new house in Hertfordshire. We didn't want to travel all the way down to south London but that was no problem. The team went to the estate agent, got the keys, packed all our furniture, took the keys back and drove up here with everything. They also kindly disposed of quite a few items that we didn't want. When we moved from a rental property in Hertfordshire to a new house in the area, and the team did that move for us too. Even though they're based in Kent, their rates were cheaper than local removal companies. They did a great job dismantling, packing and re-assembling. We had an extremely delicate tv that is basically a pane of glass, and they moved it with ease. The team we met - Gary, Dean and Patrick - are really friendly and good people. I hope we don't move house again but if we do we'll definitely be using Hever transport.

The best ! We have moved many times during the last 15 years and have tried all the big removal firms - but Ben and his team were the best so far. Ben manages the move like a military operation with zero tolerance for mistakes, nothing too much trouble and no complaints. Despite there being more stuff than anticipated the move went without a hitch, the team were polite and hard working, great care was taken of our belongings which were expertly packed - and at the other end everything was unpacked, rebuilt and put in the right place. We have nothing but good words to say about Hever. Andy and team were exemplary in their effort, work and professionalism. They tirelessly took what felt like a never ending job and made our day run as smoothly as possible. This isn't our first time using them and it certainly won't be our last. While moving is inevitably stressful, knowing you have a reliable and friendly team to help you with the job takes much of the worry out of it.

Absolutely wonderful to work with Ben. Him and his staff arrived on time on 10-Dec, and did all the heavy lifting. Literally!! I was hesitant at first to utilise their services over some of the other 'established' removals companies in Sevenoaks. We have contracted Hever Transport three times and we would never think of hiring any other transport company. First we asked Ben to do a small shipment within the UK (pick up and deliver a dining table set from a store in London to our house). We could see from the beginning that even though it was a small job, Ben handled it very professionally, made sure the furniture was in good condition and when he saw it was damaged he called us to discuss it. The second time, we asked Ben to transfer our personal belongings, including a classic Morris Minor, from Austria to the UK. Again, Ben did a sterling job at a reasonable cost. We recommended Ben to a neighbor whose friend was moving from Switzerland to the UK. And a week ago, again, we contracted Ben to transfer our final shipment from Austria to the UK. Ben is outstandingly good and efficient in communication. He is professional, hardworking, trustworthy, absolutely committed to delivering the very best service to his clients. With Ben, we know we are in good hands. We would recommend Hever Transport anytime to anyone.

Fantastic service by Hever Transport. We had a very tricky move and they covered the whole service for us which included: house & garden clearance, tidying garden, moving house (dismantling and rebuilding new & old furniture) they sold large items on eBay, end of tenancy clean (inside & outside)& repair!! Had to leave my apartment while on vacation and pack up my stuff. My roommate called Hever Transport from abroad and they came in and packed all of our belongings. They sent pictures when we asked for them, made separate deliveries because we asked and stored it till we needed it, without any disturbances. Extremely helpful staff, friendly, reasonably priced, and willing to go the extra mile for your satisfaction. Definitely recommended.

Ben and his team did an absolutely STERLING job, from beginning to end, moving me from Brighton to near Lake Como this month. I couldn’t be happier or more pleased with the result. Not a bad moment - professional, deliberate, considered and thorough. He talked me through every detail, step by step of how he was going to handle the move (particularly my plants, which are my pride and joy!). I didn’t have to ask or check up on virtually anything. He’d already thought of it and had it covered. He had water in the van and made sure they were aired whenever possible and watered appropriately. A big thank you to Ben from Hever Transport who picked up a large piece of furniture some distance away and delivered it to me at very short notice. A very competitive quote, the furniture was well protected in the van and Ben was super helpful in bringing the heavy item into my home by himeself when my plumber disappeared! Ben was recommended by a friend of mine who had used his service before and I would recommend him to anyone. Despite the lockdown, Ben and his colleagues were able to help us on the move. We asked them to wear protective masks and gloves and keep a social distance while the work was carried out. It was not easy to breath with the mask on their face while loading heavy goods on the truck, but they were able to comply with our requirement at all time. My husband and I are glad that we were able to move during this difficult time. Thanks to Ben and his mate for that.
